Andrew Dixon is the founder of Element Content and advises B2B organizations on marketing strategy and revenue-aligned growth systems that translate technical expertise into measurable business results.
With more than two decades of experience in B2B marketing and communications, Andrew works with leadership teams in complex markets to strengthen brand positioning, clarify technical differentiation, and build marketing systems that generate qualified demand and revenue growth.
He founded Element Content in 2014 to address a challenge common among technically sophisticated organizations: translating deep expertise and innovation into clear market positioning and sustainable growth. Since then, Andrew has worked with companies ranging from growth-stage ventures to global consulting organizations to design B2B marketing strategies that strengthen visibility, build authority, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Andrew works closely with executive teams to develop strategic positioning, thought leadership programs, and demand generation systems that connect marketing performance directly to pipeline and revenue impact.
His experience includes advising organizations such as PwC, HIGHMARK, RenewAire, Entic, Runbrook, and SustainaBase, supporting growth initiatives across North America and Europe. His work has contributed to outcomes including significant increases in digital visibility, improved lead generation performance, market leadership positioning in emerging sectors, and the successful acquisition of several client organizations.
Today Andrew leads all strategic engagements at Element Content, working directly with leadership teams to design and implement B2B marketing strategies that translate technical differentiation into revenue growth.
Element Content operates through a hub-and-spoke model, with Andrew serving as the strategic lead while coordinating a network of experienced specialists across design, content, SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and digital development. This structure allows the firm to combine senior strategic leadership with specialized execution capabilities tailored to each client engagement.
Andrew is based in Amsterdam and partners with organizations across North America and Europe through a remote-first collaboration model.​
