Andrew brings more than two decades of experience advising organizations across infrastructure, industrial technology, sustainability, and professional services markets. His work focuses on designing structured marketing architectures that align positioning, demand generation, thought leadership, and performance analytics with measurable business outcomes.
He founded Element Content in 2014 to address a common challenge faced by technical organizations: translating deep expertise and innovation into clear market positioning and predictable growth. Since then, Andrew has worked with companies ranging from early-stage ventures to global consulting organizations to build marketing systems that strengthen visibility, establish market authority, and generate qualified demand.
Andrew works closely with leadership teams to clarify strategic positioning, develop structured thought leadership programs, and implement integrated marketing systems that connect messaging, digital visibility, and demand generation to revenue performance.
His experience includes advising organizations such as PwC, HIGHMARK, RenewAire, Entic, Runbrook, and SustainaBase, supporting growth initiatives across North America and Europe. His work has contributed to outcomes including significant increases in digital visibility, improved lead generation performance, market leadership positioning in emerging sectors, and the successful acquisition of several client organizations.
Prior to founding Element Content, Andrew held senior marketing and communications roles in agency and consulting environments, supporting global brands and professional services organizations through integrated communications, digital strategy, and market positioning initiatives.
Today Andrew leads all strategic engagements at Element Content, working directly with executive leadership teams to design marketing systems that translate technical differentiation into measurable growth.
Element Content operates through a hub-and-spoke model, with Andrew serving as the strategic lead while coordinating a network of experienced specialists across design, content, SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and digital development. This structure allows the firm to combine senior strategic leadership with specialized execution capabilities tailored to each client engagement.
Andrew is based in Amsterdam and partners with organizations across North America and Europe through a remote-first collaboration model.
